So when I was 14 years old I didn't how much about a the definition 'healty lifestyle'. After school I ate ton of Chips and candy. I did not pay much attantion about what was healty or not. If It's delicious I eat It, even when I feel full. In some situations I kept eating and eating until I couldn't walk normally.
I was so overweight that school send me to a dietitian. I really felt embarrassed , I thought my weight contains a lot of muscle.
three years ago, one day after school, I have trained for the 5 km marathon organised by CPC Loop Den Haag. I saw my gym teacher with a fat gauge. I asked him if I can use it. My fat percentage came out to 25% body fat. At that moment I knew I had to make a change. My target weight was 60 kilograms but I didn't had a realistic plan.
One day on September 2016 I sat on the couch in the living room. In the living room was a fitness device. So I starred at It and I made the decision to give it a try. After I did that I felt really great, I wanted to do more and more. I was really motivated about It.
So I kept going with my training and I saw that I made some huge weight loss progress in one month. I lost 4 kilograms in one month and It kept going for a couple months. In that period I also decided to run outside.
And how about my diet? I always ate the same dishes except dinner. In the morning I ate some oatmeal with protein powder and fruit. In the afternoon I ate the same dish I got for breakfast, but with rice and some meat. And In the evening I ate whatever I wanted until i felt full. Probably I ate around 1700 calories a day.
And after 6 months of training and dieting I achieved my target goal. It felt great and made the decision to register myself at a gym. At the moment I lost 20 kilograms I knew I wanted to help other people who struggle to make fitness progress. Whatever you want to lose fat or gain muscle.
